Patrick Spottiswoode is the true star of the Neuss Globe's Shakespeare Festival, an undisguised and bona fide aficionado of Shakespeare, “his“ Globe in London and “our“ Globe in Neuss. The Director of Education at the London Globe steps onto the stage and, with enormous energy and verve, acts out his love of Shakespeare and the Globe. He has had a loyal and enthusiastic following here for years and continues to thrill his audience with his roguish humour, his endearing boyishness and his profound knowledge of all things Shakespearean, imparting knowledge with the lightest touch. Thankyou, Patrick, for coming again. You can be sure, as ever, of the warmest of welcomes!“
