Peter Brook is one of the big names in European Theatre. His perception of the stage and his dramatology revolutionized a whole era and his Shakespeare productions are legendary. In his production "Warum Warum" (why why), the director, who is over 80 years old, has put together a résumé of his decade long occupation of theatrical texts. He and the actress Miriam Goldschmidt investigate the creative process of the theatre in a text put together on authors and performers who have influenced him the most, top of the list being Shakespeare.
The doubt which is constitutive to artistic accomplishment is summarized by him in the question "why why."

The incredible Miriam Goldschmidt is accompanied on stage by the musician Francesco Agnello, who supports and encourages her throughout with his "Hang".

After a short interval Francesco Agnello will introduce his instrument, a relatively unknown Swiss instrument, and will give us a short concert. This is an atmospheric end to an extra special evening with the master Peter Brook.
