As a director, manager of the Mountview Academy of Theatre Art and lecturer at Neuss' Spring Workshops, Stephen Jameson is coming to the Globe as a distinguished expert with a strong cast of xy actors. “Love's Labour's Lost“ is on the programme. The only difference is that the Puritan intellectual King of Navarra no longer holds court in the Italian Renaissance but rather at Harvard University in 1876, which was a male bastion at that point in time. Its tranquility is, however, severely disturbed by the neighbouring “blue-stocking“ Radcliffe College out of which the Princess of France, together with her radical sisters, badger the men...

Not until 100 years later, 1976, Harvard merges with Radcliffe and introduces coeducation. This time period also provides the music, of which there will be plenty!
