Shakespeare and the Globe (canceled due to pandemic reasons)
Lecture Patrick Spottiswoode

Dates
Description
Patrick Spottiswoode, Head of the Educational Department of the Globe London, is a regular and secret star at the Shakespeare Festival so his lecture cannot be missing from this year’s anniversary programme - the annual demand is simply too great. Again he will speak about Shakespeare's life, the practices of the Elizabethan stage and the Globe as a milestone in European theatre architecture. The success of his "lectures" is due to the witty, humorous way in which Patrick Spottiswoode, equally brilliant in acting and rhetorically, presents and conveys his seemingly spontaneous statements.
